Salary: PKR 150,000 – 200,000 (based on experience)

Emirates Talent Solution is looking for an experienced HR Manager – Recruitment Operations to lead our recruitment division. The ideal candidate must be a strategic leader with strong expertise in head hunting, talent acquisition, client management, and team performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & optimize recruitment operations and strategy

Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple sectors

Mentor and drive performance of recruitment teams

Act as senior liaison for key clients

Implement process improvements & ensure compliance

Analyze recruitment KPIs and present executive reports

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Business Administration

7+ years in recruitment (3+ in leadership)

Strong knowledge of ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter & analytics

Excellent communication, decision-making & negotiation skills

Fluency in English & Urdu
