HR Manager – Recruitment, Payroll & Compliance

Job Title: HR Manager
(Male Candidate Preferred) - Madurai.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager / HR Generalist to handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized, and capable of managing HR activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment & onboarding (job posting, screening, interviews, joining formalities)
• Maintain employee records, HR files, and MIS
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment)
• Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and company guidelines
• Handle employee engagement, grievance handling & exit formalities
• Coordinate with management on manpower planning and HR strategy
• Support audits, inspections, and documentation when required

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HR operations & recruitment
• Good understanding of labour laws & compliance
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information independently

Qualification

• MBA / MSW / PGDM / Any Graduation with HR specialization preferred

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience as HR Manager / HR Generalist
• Experience in consultancy, service industry, or corporate HR preferred

Salary

₹ 25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
