We are seeking a highly organized and versatile professional to join our team as an HR Manager / Secretarial & Admin Officer.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience as an HR Manager
- Develop, implement, and oversee Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specifically designed for the rental business to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance
- Coordinate employee performance reviews and training programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare minutes
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
