HR Manager (Software House)

Location: Bahawalpur

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, supporting daily administrative tasks, and providing essential support to our team members. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
  • Assist with document management, filing, and data entry tasks.
  • Support IT staff with administrative tasks such as project coordination, report generation, and client communications.
  • Assist HR with onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and coordinating orientation schedules.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee time tracking.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of office administration experience, preferably in an IT or technology-related environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
