HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & Operations

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across business, sales, credit, risk, and technology functions.
  • Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs and design effective hiring strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience.

HR Operations

  • Oversee core HR processes including onboarding, documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain and update HRMIS systems ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and training coordination.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and support internal/external HR audits.
