HR Manager (Talent Acquisition & Operations)

We are a fast-growing global fintech company focused on trading, financial technology, and cross-border operations. As we expand our U.S. presence, we are building a high-performance team and seeking an HR Manager to support rapid hiring and organizational development.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to lead recruitment and support core HR operations.

This role is not a traditional administrative HR position — the focus is on talent acquisition, team building, and execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to help scale the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management)
  • Build pipelines for key roles (finance, tech, operations, sales)
  • Proactively source candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn, referrals, and networks
  • Work with leadership to define hiring needs and candidate profiles

HR Operations

  • Manage onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with U.S. labor regulations
  • Support payroll coordination and benefits administration
  • Assist in building internal HR policies and processes

Organizational Development

  • Help design team structure and reporting lines
  • Support performance management and evaluation processes
  • Improve internal communication and employee experience

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of HR experience, with strong focus on recruitment
  • Experience hiring for fintech, tech, or financial services roles preferred
  • Strong understanding of U.S. employment practices and compliance
  • Hands-on, proactive, and execution-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing, startup-like environment

Preferred

  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments
  • Experience hiring technical or financial roles
  • Familiarity with global or cross-border teams

Important Note

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $54,099.80 - $65,152.45 per year
