About the Role

We are looking for an HR professional with experience in the real estate sector to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be talent acquisition, with a strong focus on hiring and onboarding real estate agents. The role will also support HR operations, compliance, documentation, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment of real estate agents and support staff
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process
• Manage onboarding and employee documentation
• Support HR administration, compliance, and record management
• Coordinate with internal teams on day-to-day operational requirements
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports

Requirements

• Prior HR or recruitment experience in the UAE real estate industry
• Proven track record of hiring real estate agents
• Strong understanding of UAE recruitment practices and employment processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
