About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager & Talent Acquisition Specialist — a true builder who thrives in fast-paced environments. This role combines high-volume global recruitment (70%) with HR operations and systems management (30%). You must have fluent English communication skills and the ability to work across time zones and cultures.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Source, screen, and submit 50+ qualified profiles daily
  • Manage full-cycle global recruitment across technical, creative & operational roles
  • Conduct English-proficiency and cultural-fit screenings
  • Use advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, automation tools)

HR Operations & Systems (30%)

  • Draft and implement HR policies (Employee Handbook, Leave Policy, NDAs, etc.)
  • Upgrade HRIS/ATS systems and streamline workflows
  • Manage onboarding, exits, and performance tracking
  • Ensure policy compliance across teams

Required Qualifications

  • 3–4+ years of HR/Recruitment experience (agency or startup preferred)
  • Proven success in high-volume hiring
  • Fluent, near-native English (written & spoken)
  • Tech-savvy with experience implementing HR systems
  • Able to switch easily between recruiter & HR management duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹31,450.00 per month
