Working days and working time : Monday to Saturday 9:30 to 6:30

Office Location-Ghatkopar West

Education Qualification: Masters. MBA preferred

Roles & Responsibility

Recruitment:

 Understanding the Profile and screening

 Shortlisting post Interview and test

 Final selection post best closing offer letter and ensure joining

On boarding:

● Joining Formalities

● induction

● Settling new comer

Payroll:

● Computation , disbursement of pay every month.

● Ensuring all compliance like PF , ESIC , LWF & PT is paid before due date

● Full and final settlement of the left employees.

Employee Relation:

● Be a link between Management and staff

● Address grievances of staff

● Introduce motivational scheme

Performance Management System:

● Make proper JD and KRA of all staff

 Implement the PMS and get the forms filled

 Conduct proper assessment of staff on probation and post confirmation

 Link appraisal with yearly increment and promotion

Employee Engagement Activity:

 Making a calendar , budget for Staff engagement

 Executing with every one involvement

Training & Development programs:

● Identify and arrange for imparting necessary training.

Employee Documentation

 Entire life cycle documentation at joining, during employment and at the leaving
