Job Title: HR Executive / HR Manager

Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

Salary – 20k-35k

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.

- Manage payroll coordination, leaves, attendance, and employee benefits.

- Foster employee engagement and performance management systems.

- Resolve staff queries and support training and development activities.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements in HR operations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.

7+ to 10+ years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing or export environment).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
