We are is seeking an experienced and highly organised HR Manager with exceptional proficiency in Zoho People and strong overall HR operations knowledge. This role requires outstanding English communication skills—both spoken and written—and the ability to support a growing, multi-site workforce.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Administration
· Oversee end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, contracts, HR files, payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
· Maintain employee records, HR databases, and compliance with UAE labour law
· Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and documentation
Zoho People Management (Critical Requirement)
· Full configuration and administration of Zoho People
· Create and manage workflows, approvals, automations, forms, and blueprints
· Manage attendance, shifts, performance modules, asset assignment, and HR letters
· Generate HR analytics, dashboards, and custom reports
· Train managers and employees on Zoho HR systems
Recruitment & Talent Management
· Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer processes
· Support workforce planning with department heads
· Develop job descriptions, job adverts, and competency frameworks
Performance, Engagement & Compliance
· Administer performance evaluations using Zoho People
· Support employee relations and grievance handling
· Ensure HR compliance with UAE labour law and internal policies
· Implement engagement activities, recognition programmes, and retention strategies
Communication & Reporting
· Prepare HR letters, reports, memos, and policy updates
· Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently across all levels
· Provide regular HR insights to leadership
Required Skills & Experience
· Mandatory: Expert-level proficiency in Zoho People (configuration + daily operations)
· Strong understanding of UAE labour law and HR compliance
· Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
· 4–7 years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred)
· Ability to manage HR operations independently in a fast-growing environment
· High organisation, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality
