HR & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can manage both HR and marketing functions. This role involves hiring and managing talent, along with promoting Client's and our company’s products and services to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle social media marketing and ad campaigns.
• Plan employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Create marketing content for brand promotion.
• Track marketing performance and provide reports.
• Ensure compliance with basic HR policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
