Position Summary
The HR & Marketing Intern will support both the Human Resources and Marketing departments through a variety of administrative, creative, and project-based responsibilities. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional interested in gaining hands-on experience in employee engagement, branding, communications, and various other duties. The intern will collaborate across departments to support company initiatives and daily operations.
Essential Responsibilities
Human Resources Responsibilities

Help maintain employee files and HR records with confidentiality

Assist with employee engagement activities and internal events

Support HR reporting, tracking, and administrative projects

Help create internal communications and employee announcements
Marketing Responsibilities

Support marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and company branding efforts

Help update website and career page content

Create graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral as needed

Conduct market or competitor research for ongoing initiatives

Support marketing and internal/external communications
Shared Department Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams on employer branding initiatives

Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives

Maintain organized records, files, and project documentation

Provide general administrative support to both departments
