HR & Marketing Intern

Position Summary

The HR & Marketing Intern will support both the Human Resources and Marketing departments through a variety of administrative, creative, and project-based responsibilities. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional interested in gaining hands-on experience in employee engagement, branding, communications, and various other duties. The intern will collaborate across departments to support company initiatives and daily operations.

Essential Responsibilities

Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Help maintain employee files and HR records with confidentiality
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and internal events
  • Support HR reporting, tracking, and administrative projects
  • Help create internal communications and employee announcements

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Support marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and company branding efforts
  • Help update website and career page content
  • Create graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral as needed
  • Conduct market or competitor research for ongoing initiatives
  • Support marketing and internal/external communications

Shared Department Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams on employer branding initiatives
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Maintain organized records, files, and project documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to both departments
  • Other duties as assigned
