Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Run all daily and weekly/monthly reports related to the Human Resources department.

Proactively analyze areas of reporting which can be improved or automated to facilitate better decision-making.

Create regular process reviews to evaluate performance and KPIs of HR divisions to support the top management decisions.

Support all the HR units in any required reports regarding their performance, head counts, and individual productivity of each team member.

Follow up on required reports with business unit department staff.

Create and design reports from various systems and analyze the results for the management team and business unit heads for their decision-making.

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
-
1-3 years of experience in data analytics.
