Job Title: HR Assistant
Job Summary:
We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented HR Assistant with good knowledge of Tally and MS Office to support day-to-day HR and manpower operations. The candidate must be responsible, disciplined, and serious about handling assigned duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and complete HR documentation
- Prepare salary MIS for staff and contractors
- Assist in payroll processing using Tally
- Handle attendance, leave, and MIS reports in MS Excel
- Perform data entry of employee details accurately
- Prepare and issue punch cards for employees
- Maintain and track plant manpower status (staff & contract workers)
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities
- Maintain statutory and compliance records
- Coordinate with departments and contractors for manpower data
- Generate HR reports as required by management
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Tally
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong data accuracy and record-keeping skills
- Good communication and coordination ability
- Must be serious, responsible, and committed to the job
Qualification:
- Graduate in B.B.A/B.COM
- 1–3 years experience preferred
