Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and people-focused HR & Office Coordinator to support both HR operations and the day-to-day needs of our Tulsa office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being a key support for both office operations and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Coordination

  • Greet visitors, manage incoming mail, and maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Order and stock office supplies as needed
  • Coordinate office maintenance and vendor relationships
  • Help plan and coordinate team events, meetings, and celebrations
  • Assist with booking travel arrangements for employees and coordinate with our travel vendor, Gant, to ensure seamless travel logistics and accommodations

HR Support

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding documentation and checklists
  • Maintain electronic employee files and ensure documents are organized and up to date
  • Provide general administrative support to the People team as needed
  • Help track employee time off, birthdays, anniversaries, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Support internal communications and policy updates

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of office or HR experience preferred (internships count!)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and a can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
