Overview
Essential Functions:

· Screening walk-ins

· Onboarding and offboarding.

· Organize and maintain personnel records both paper and electronic.

· Create and submit weekly reports.

· Responsible for employee relations.

· Answer employee’s questions about HR related issues

- Office Manager

· overseeing the administrative functions of an office to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. This role involves a mix of administrative, organizational, and managerial tasks. Key responsibilities include managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, handling communication.

Qualifications & Experience:

· 3-5 years related work experience and/or education.

· BI-LINGUAL SPANISH / ENGLISH REQUIRED

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· BI-LINGUAL SPANISH / ENGLISH REQUIRED

· Ability to organize, prioritizes daily work, and maintains strict confidentiality

· Working knowledge of HRIS systems, ATS systems, MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
