Responsibilities:
Our newest opportunity is for a talented HR Officer, to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, KSA.
Preparing, reviewing, and issuing HR-related letters (employment, salary, transfer, etc.).
Maintaining and regularly updating employee records in the HR system.
Supporting the onboarding process by preparing employee files and required documentation.
Assisting with monitoring attendance and leave records.
Managing medical insurance tasks, including adding or removing employees.
Providing general administrative support to the HR team (filing, scanning, organizing documents).
Ensuring adherence to internal policies and HR procedures.
Responding to basic employee queries in a professional manner.
Preparing standard HR reports as required.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envisage that you will bring 2-3 years of experience in similar role with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education or Human Resources Management or equivalent.

2- 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong administrative skills, including drafting official letters and documentation.

Ability to work with HR systems (uploading and maintaining employee records).

Experience in handling medical insurance transactions (adding/removing employees).

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong in Microsoft office. Specifically, Excel.
