HR Officer

Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team on a full-time onsite basis. This role involves end-to-end involvement in the HR function, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, and exit management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of relevant HR experience and be capable of independently overseeing daily HR operations within a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and update job descriptions and postings.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate correspondence.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and deliver employee orientation programs.
  • Plan and support employee engagement activities to strengthen organizational culture.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage offboarding procedures to ensure a seamless exit process.
  • Provide operational and administrative assistance to the HR department.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies while safeguarding sensitive information.
  • Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in HR or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and labor laws will be a plus.

  • Timings: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Full-time)
  • Salary: PKR 37,000 – 42,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs42,000.00 per month
