Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and daily time office activities.
  • Support payroll inputs, employee data updates, and documentation.
  • Handle administrative tasks like housekeeping coordination etc.
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure HR policies are implemented effectively.
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Assist in compliance and record maintenance for better Compliance.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related queries and requirements.
