The HR Officer is responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, supporting the company in managing recruitment, personnel affairs, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Selection

  • Prepare and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms.
  • Screen and shortlist job applications based on position requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Follow up on the hiring process with relevant departments.

2. Employee Relations & Personnel Affairs

  • Manage and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and working hours.
  • Provide employees with administrative and HR-related support.

3. Compliance & HR Policies

  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
  • Contribute to developing and updating HR policies and internal procedures.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports and submit them to management.

4. Internal Communication & Support

  • Promote a positive and cooperative work environment.
  • Handle employee inquiries and complaints confidentially and professionally.
  • Support effective communication between departments and teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR or personnel administration.
  • Good knowledge of local labor laws and HR procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR Management Systems (HRMS).
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
