About The Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Officer who can manage daily HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident in handling HR tasks independently. Arabic language is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, and hiring.
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain HR records, contracts, and compliance files.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and assist with payroll coordination.
  • Support employee relations and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law & company policies.
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa renewals and government processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years HR experience (Qatar experience must).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes & labour law.
  • Excellent communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational & administrative skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / HR tools is a plus.
