Joyland Ltd is looking for a position of "HR Officer"

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in any reputable industry.

Qualification: BBA

Age: 24-26

Salary: 50k-55k

Location: Lahore

Job Description:

• Responsible for managing Timetrax software (mandatory) for attendance and employee records.
• Handle bank dealings for employee accounts and salary-related matters.
• Ensure timely EOBI and PESSI payments, compliance, and coordination with government departments (mandatory).
• Maintain strong employee filing both online and physical.
• Manage and resolve operational HR queries from different departments
• Hire staff related to operations, housekeeping, and technical roles
• Conduct interviews, onboarding, employee documentation, and final settlements.
• Manage social media platforms for job postings and advertisements.
