We are seeking a proactive and well-organized HR Officer to support the Human Resources department in managing daily HR operations, recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, and compliance. Candidates who can join immediately will be given top priority.

Role Overview

The HR Officer will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance & leave tracking, HR compliance, and employee support. This role is essential to ensuring smooth HR processes and maintaining accurate HR records across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Draft and post job advertisements
  • Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews
  • Conduct onboarding and induction for new employees
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and joining formalities

2. Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain employee personnel files and HR databases
  • Prepare contracts, appointment letters, and HR documents
  • Track attendance, leave, and probation periods

3. Leave & Attendance Management

  • Monitor daily attendance & leave requests
  • Ensure accurate leave balance updates
  • Prepare monthly leave and attendance reports

4. Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Finance
  • Maintain records of benefits, allowances, reimbursement claims
  • Support statutory HR compliance requirements

5. HR Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies
  • Support documentation required for audits and inspections
  • Maintain updated HR reports and compliance records

6. Employee Engagement & Grievances

  • Support employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in handling employee queries & grievances
  • Promote a positive workplace environment

7. Training & Development

  • Assist in identifying training needs
  • Coordinate training sessions with Safety & Project Teams
  • Record attendance and training feedback

8. Office & Facility Administration

  • Ensure office readiness, cleanliness, and maintenance support
  • Maintain AMC, license renewals, tenancy contracts, and vendor records
  • Coordinate with suppliers and prepare purchase requests

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in HR operations or HR Officer role
  • Strong communication & documentation skills
  • Knowledge of HR policies and UAE labor laws (preferred)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ready to join immediately
