Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source and screen candidates for various positions.
  • Coordinate interviews and issue offer letters.
  • Prepare and process employment contracts.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures comply with UAE Labour Law.
  • Manage visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and coordination with PRO.
  • Handle insurance enrollments, leaves, attendance, and other HR transactions.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns professionally and maintain a positive workplace environment.
  • Support disciplinary actions, warnings, and investigations when required.
  • Assist in resolving conflicts and improving employee engagement.

Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Prepare monthly attendance, leave reports, and payroll inputs.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of overtime, deductions, and allowances.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for payroll finalization.

HR Reporting & Policy Management

  • Generate HR reports (turnover, attendance, leaves, etc.).
  • Ensure proper implementation of company policies.
  • Support audits and maintain HR compliance documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
