Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source and screen candidates for various positions.
- Coordinate interviews and issue offer letters.
- Prepare and process employment contracts.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure company policies and procedures comply with UAE Labour Law.
- Manage visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and coordination with PRO.
- Handle insurance enrollments, leaves, attendance, and other HR transactions.
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns professionally and maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Support disciplinary actions, warnings, and investigations when required.
- Assist in resolving conflicts and improving employee engagement.
Payroll & Benefits Support
- Prepare monthly attendance, leave reports, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure accurate calculation of overtime, deductions, and allowances.
- Coordinate with the finance team for payroll finalization.
HR Reporting & Policy Management
- Generate HR reports (turnover, attendance, leaves, etc.).
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies.
- Support audits and maintain HR compliance documentation.
