HR Officer

Salary: PKR 75,000 – 85,000 per month

About the Role:

TeReSol Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to become part of our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily HR operations, coordinating recruitment activities, and helping create a positive, professional, and people-focused workplace.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

· HR-related certifications will be considered an added advantage.

Experience:

· 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.

· Prior experience in a corporate or technology-driven organization will be preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies:

· Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.

· Energetic, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support the HR team and department heads in recruitment, hiring, and workforce planning.

· Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

· Coordinate and support the employee onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and follow-ups.

· Assist in HR initiatives such as employee engagement, culture development, and employer branding.

· Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, HR documentation, and benefits coordination.
