HR Officer

We are a group of companies which include a digital media agency, law firm, wedding agency, and a consultancy firm. We are looking for a passionate candidate to join our HR department which looks after the whole group of companies.

Position: HR Officer

Job Details:

• Workdays: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Locations: DHA and Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Requirements:

• Inter or Graduate.
• Must have completed degree program. Those who are currently studying please do not apply.
• 1+ Year HR experience in case of graduation
• 3+ Year HR experience in case of intermediate
• Experience must be in the hiring and talent acquisition in a fast-paced organization, preferably in a digital media agency, software house, advertising agency, marketing company, insurance, etc.
• Must have good command on LinkedIn with good number of connections.
• Good command of the English language (reading, writing, speaking).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet research.
• Personality Traits: High Energy, Sharp-minded, intelligent, confident, extroverted, independent, career-oriented (not job mindset), hardworking, Can Do It Approach, and passionate.

Job Description:

• Use LinkedIn and other job portals to find talented candidates for our group of companies.
• 90% of the work is related to finding the right talent, following up and hiring them.
• 10% of the work is related to payroll, attendance, documentation verification, and other administrative work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
