About the Role

We are hiring an HR Officer who can manage daily HR activities and support our growing operations. The ideal candidate has solid experience in recruitment and a strong understanding of UAE labor law.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Maintain and update employee files, contracts, attendance, and leave records.

Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and other PRO-related tasks.

Ensure all HR practices comply with UAE labor law and company policies.

Support managers with performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and employee concerns.

Prepare attendance summaries and assist with payroll-related documentation.

Coordinate staff training, evaluations, and development plans.

Prepare HR reports and maintain organized HR documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

2 to 4 years of HR experience in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and related regulations.

Hands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.

Salary Range

AED 3,500 to 4,000 per month

Preferred Background

Experience in joinery, furniture manufacturing, or similar project-based industries is an advantage.

Knowledge of WPS and basic payroll processes.

1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

  • Coordinate recruitment for site staff, skilled labor, supervisors, engineers, and office staff
  • Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and support onboarding processes
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely manpower deployment
  • Maintain recruitment records and employee databases

2. Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and appointment documents
  • Conduct employee induction and orientation
  • Manage exit formalities, clearance, and final settlements

3. HR Administration

  • Maintain employee files, attendance, leave records, and HR systems
  • Monitor staff attendance, overtime, and leave balances
  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.)

4. Payroll & Compensation Support

  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, leaves, deductions)
  • Liaise with finance/accounts for salary processing
  • Assist with benefits administration (insurance, allowances, site benefits)

5. Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, pay, and benefits
  • Handle grievances and disciplinary procedures in coordination with management
  • Support employee engagement initiatives

6. Compliance & Labor Laws

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, site regulations, and company policies
  • Manage documentation for visas, work permits, ID cards (if applicable)
  • Coordinate with external agencies for labor compliance and audits

7. Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal processes
  • Maintain performance records and assist in promotions and increments

8. Health, Safety & Welfare Support

  • Coordinate with HSE team on employee welfare initiatives
  • Support site welfare standards (accommodation, safety compliance, working hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
