HR Officer / Payroll Officer
We are hiring a detail-oriented HR Officer to manage payroll operations and employee records.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee payroll, salaries, benefits, and deductions
Maintain attendance and timesheet records
Process salaries using payroll software
Prepare payroll reports and pay slips
Handle employee queries related to payroll and compensation
Maintain employee data and HR records
Manage EOBI & PESSI registrations, records, and compliance
Prepare EOBI/PESSI cards and coordinate statutory cases
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or related field
Relevant HR/payroll experience preferred
Strong numerical and organizational skills
Knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws
Ability to handle confidential information
