Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Manage job postings on various platforms, including Indeed and social media.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

Arrange and facilitate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.

Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:

Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Develop partnerships with universities, recruitment agencies, and job boards.

Promote the company’s employer brand through career events and social media.

HR Operations & Compliance:

Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in the hiring process.

Support workforce planning and provide insights on hiring trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Recruitment, Talent acquisition and HR operations: 3 years (Required)
