1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Assist in sourcing candidates and coordinating screening and interviews.
  • Prepare offer letters and ensure all required joining documents are collected.
  • Coordinate with project departments to understand manpower requirements.

2. Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Arrange employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Create and maintain personnel files with complete and updated documentation.
  • Support offboarding, including resignation/termination processing and final settlement preparation.

3. HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records, contract renewals, visa expiry schedules, and document filing.
  • Collect and verify attendance, timesheets, and overtime for payroll coordination.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and maintain HR databases.

4. Employee Relations

  • Handle employee enquiries related to leave, payroll, benefits, and company policies.
  • Support communication between employees and supervisors to address concerns.
  • Assist in promoting a positive and compliant workplace environment.

5. Compliance & Coordination

  • Liaise with the PRO for visa applications, medical tests, Emirates ID, labor contracts, and renewals.
  • Ensure all HR activities follow UAE labor law and internal procedures.
  • Provide required documents during internal and external audits.

6. Car Rental Support

  • Coordinate with car rental companies for vehicle requests, replacements, extensions, and cancellations.
  • Follow up on vehicle maintenance, repairs, and scheduled service appointments.
  • Maintain updated records of vehicle allocation, usage, and related documentation.
  • Support departments in resolving any car rental–related issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably within construction or manpower-heavy industries.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor law and HR administrative procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle a high-volume workforce and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
