Key Responsibilities
Recruitment: Assist in the end-to-end hiring process, including drafting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Onboarding: Lead the orientation process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the company.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor for staff queries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
Compliance: Maintain digital and physical personnel records, ensuring 100% compliance with local labor laws and data protection (GDPR/EEOC).
Performance Management: Support managers in conducting appraisals and developing training programs.
Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
