Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
- Manage payroll processing, salary coordination, and payments
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Handle CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) documentation and follow-ups
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and basic labor laws
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in HR administration and payroll processing
- Knowledge of CLM and HR documentation
