Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
  • Manage payroll processing, salary coordination, and payments
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
  • Handle CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) documentation and follow-ups
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and basic labor laws
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in HR administration and payroll processing
  • Knowledge of CLM and HR documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,391.42 - ₹19,306.79 per month
