HR Officer
Qualification:
- Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years with strong HR documentation and drafting skills including exposure to policy writing, SOPs & manuals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing and updating HR policies, SOPs, procedures, and manuals.
- Support the HR Lead in developing and standardizing HR documentation across the organization.
- Assist HR Lead in drafting of orientation and induction material related to HR policies and internal procedures.
- Assist in documenting HR processes such as performance management, training, and development frameworks.
- Assist HR Lead in preparation of employee surveys, feedback summaries, and basic HR reports.
Skills:
- Strong drafting and documentation skills with clear understanding of HR concepts.
- Ability to convert instructions and discussions into structured procedures and written formats.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Urdu Inpage.
