HR Officer Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Staffing
  • Coordinate job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Work with managers to identify staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.
  • Employee Relations
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns.
  • Mediate conflicts and promote a healthy workplace culture.
  • Performance Management
  • Support appraisal processes and track employee performance.
  • Provide guidance on career development and training opportunities.
  • Compliance & Policy
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Training & Development
  • Organize workshops and training sessions.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend learning programs.
  • HR Administration
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and leave records.
  • Prepare HR reports for management.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-6 years in HR or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR software and MS Office.
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
