HR Officer Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing
- Coordinate job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Work with managers to identify staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.
- Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns.
- Mediate conflicts and promote a healthy workplace culture.
- Performance Management
- Support appraisal processes and track employee performance.
- Provide guidance on career development and training opportunities.
- Compliance & Policy
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Training & Development
- Organize workshops and training sessions.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend learning programs.
- HR Administration
- Manage payroll, benefits, and leave records.
- Prepare HR reports for management.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3-6 years in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR software and MS Office.
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
