Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized HR Officer to support our daily human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR documentation, maintaining records, and assisting with routine HR tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Handle and maintain HR files and employee records
  • Manage data entry and update HR systems regularly
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation flow
  • Support daily HR administrative tasks
  • Assist with employee-related documentation and coordination
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role preferred
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes
  • Candidates must hold a recognized Bachelor’s qualification
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
