We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to manage day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and HR databases
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR correspondence
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs
- Manage leave records, attendance, and timesheets
- Assist in payroll coordination with accounts/finance department
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and procedures
- Handle visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, labor cards, and renewals
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an HR Officer (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
