We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to manage day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, HR files, and HR databases
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR correspondence
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs
  • Manage leave records, attendance, and timesheets
  • Assist in payroll coordination with accounts/finance department
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and procedures
  • Handle visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, labor cards, and renewals
  • Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an HR Officer (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
