HR Officer

HR Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team. This role is responsible for managing core HR functions, ensuring effective recruitment, employee onboarding, policy compliance, and the smooth operation of HR processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Onboarding

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding programs to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into the organization.

HR Policies and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
• Develop, maintain, and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal and organizational requirements.
• Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies and employment-related matters.

Employee Records and HR Systems

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.

Employee Relations and Support

• Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries and concerns.
• Support management in addressing employee relations matters in a fair and consistent manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
