We're URGENTLY Hiring: HR Officer

Are you an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Besomi Electronics Group is looking for an HR Officer to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Laws and internal policies
• Support payroll preparation and maintain accurate time & attendance tracking
• Help maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate with departments for performance reviews and training initiatives
• Handle HR queries and provide support to employees across different locations

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of HR experience in the UAE
• Solid knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a relevant field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Organized, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism
