Role Description:
As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by managing employee relations, recruitment activities, HR administration, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating HR processes, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding procedures.
- Prepare HR-related letters, contracts, certificates, and other employee documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and maintain accurate HR reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information and updates.
- Assist in handling employee relations matters and responding to HR-related inquiries.
- Coordinate employee training, performance evaluations, and development programs.
- Support visa, labor card, Emirates ID, medical insurance, and other employee-related processes as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR records.
- Assist in implementing and improving HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Prepare HR reports and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience with HRMS systems is an advantage.
