HR Officer / Admin will be responsible for managing daily human resources and administrative operations to support smooth project execution and office functions. Duties include recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and payroll coordination, maintaining employee records, handling labor and visa documentation, organizing meetings, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role also oversees office administration, site coordination, procurement of office supplies, accommodation and transport arrangements for workers, and communication between management, staff, and project teams.
