We are looking for a self-starting HR PRO Officer who takes immediate ownership of their work. You will manage office-based PRO tasks, recruitment, and HR admin completely on your own. We do not micro-manage. We need someone who anticipates needs, uses common sense to solve problems, and delivers results on time without being reminded or spoon-fed.

What You Will Do:

  • PRO Admin: Track and manage visa, QID, and company license renewals online.
  • Hiring: Run recruitment from sourcing resumes to onboarding new hires.
  • HR Admin: Manage leaves, track attendance, and maintain staff records.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the main contact for staff queries and resolve issues smoothly.

What We Are Looking For:

  • High Initiative: You see what needs to be done and do it. You do not wait to be told.
  • Common Sense: You solve basic office and HR problems independently before asking for help.
  • Reliability: You meet deadlines. We should never have to follow up or remind you.
  • Experience: Proven background in Qatar HR and online PRO portals (Hukoomi/MOI).

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
