Orient Contracting & Trading Company – Qatar is urgently hiring for the following positions:
1. HR Officer
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
✔ Strong experience in recruitment, personnel affairs, contracts, payroll, and leave management.
✔ Good knowledge of labor law and administrative procedures.
✔ Ability to prepare reports and manage employee files.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
✔ Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
2. Administrative Officer
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative work.
✔ Experience in office management and daily operational/administrative activities.
✔ Proficiency in preparing and following up official correspondence, reports, and document archiving.
✔ Ability to handle government and administrative transactions.
✔ Strong coordination skills between departments and daily workflow management.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and report preparation.
✔ Experience in attendance tracking, file organization, and meeting scheduling.
✔ Ability to deal with suppliers, clients, and respond to inquiries professionally.
✔ Strong skills in organization, problem-solving, and time management.
✔ Previous experience in contracting or trading companies within Qatar or GCC countries is preferred.
✔ Fluency in Arabic is required, or Arabic must be the candidate’s native/official language.
