Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and HR operations. Position Details:

• Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi (On-site)
• Timing: Morning shift, Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: Market competitive – based on experience
• Gender: Female candidates only

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Support daily HR operations and maintain accurate employee records
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill hiring and administrative needs
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and HR procedures
• Maintain and update HR databases and systems

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, especially in recruitment and operations
• Knowledge of HR processes and basic labor laws
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Confident personality with a professional attitude
