Job Title: HR Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to handle recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, and familiar with UAE labor laws.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and joining formalities.
• Conduct employee onboarding and maintain personnel files.
• Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor law.
• Assist in employee relations and HR documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
