Sydney Print Studio Qatar is seeking an experienced HR Officer / HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be essential in shaping our HR policies and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals.
- Manage recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters, including performance management and employee relations.
- Assist in the development of training programs and career development plans.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with knowledge of HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
Salary:
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from 45 to 85 QAR, based on experience and qualifications.
