Job Description: HR Officer / HR Business Partner at Sydney Print Studio Qatar

Sydney Print Studio Qatar is seeking an experienced HR Officer / HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be essential in shaping our HR policies and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals.
  • Manage recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters, including performance management and employee relations.
  • Assist in the development of training programs and career development plans.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.

Salary:

  • Competitive hourly rate ranging from 45 to 85 QAR, based on experience and qualifications.
