Job Description
Ceylon Gateways is seeking a knowledgeable HR Officer / HR Business Partner to become an integral part of our team. The successful candidate will support our HR initiatives and work closely with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support organizational goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to department heads, providing guidance on HR best practices.
- Analyze employee performance and engagement metrics to inform decision-making.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR roles, with experience in a business partner capacity preferred.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
- Hourly wage: 70 -* 120 QAR* (commensurate with experience).
