HR Officer / HR Business Partner

Job Overview: CodeHive Development Qatar is seeking an experienced HR Officer / HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in aligning our human resource strategies with business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to management, providing advice on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
  • Oversee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and provide insights for improving employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR business partnering.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Salary:

Hourly rate between QAR 50 - 100, based on experience.
