Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Handle payroll coordination and HR administration
• Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of HR experience (retail experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
• Experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations
• Professional HR certification (CHRM / CIPD preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
