Position Summary
The HR Officer is responsible for supporting HR operations across the Enigma Group through efficient handling of visa processes, employee documentation, HR systems, payroll, and personnel records. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work proactively within a fast-paced environment.
HR Administration
- Track visa applications and ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations.
- Prepare HR-related letters and official documentation (e.g., employment contracts, salary certificates, memos).
- File, maintain, and update employee records in accordance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Manage and regularly update the company’s HR platform/app (e.g., Bayzat).
Payroll & Records Management
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with internal controls.
- Track attendance, leave, and other payroll-related inputs.
- Coordinate with finance to validate payroll data.
HR Systems & Compliance
- Maintain HR databases and employee information with accuracy.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring HR documentation is complete, updated, and compliant.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as an HR Assistant or similar role.
- Experience using the Bayzat HR platform.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
